Short Breaks

  •  Some new holidays are planned for 2013 – all are two-day breaks with three nights accommodation and board, plus two full days of guided activities, based in Glenloy Lodge, where views of pine marten can be enjoyed as per usual. Ask about discounts for children.
  •  Otter watching weekend  (5-8 April) – We travel to some of the local otter hotspots and look for signs of activity, tracks, and, of course, the otters themselves. Cost £300 per person.
  •  Butterfly heaven (4-7 June). We take advantage of the late spring to go in search of some of the regions specialities, including chequered skipper, pale-bordered fritillary and slightly further afield, dingy skipper. Cost £300 per person
  •  Red Deer Rut. (1-4 October) We go in search of the red deer rut, hopefully bringing you all the action in two packed days spread over various different localities, including a trip into the furthest regions of Ardnamurchan. Cost £300 per person
  • Whale and dolphin watching (28-31 August) We have a day out with Arisaig Marine, visiting the Small Isles aboard the Sheerwater. We also plan a longer all-day trip from Laga Bay in Ardnamurchan – an early start .. Cost £350 per person.
  •  Bespoke Trips. We would be happy to organise wildlife breaks of one or two days activity, including full board, for small groups (minimum of two people), where with our advice, you decide what you want to look for and where to go. Cost £125 per person per day, minimum 2 people.
  •  Early morning outing – available for all Glenloy Lodge Guests. Get up early and look for blackcock and then see if we can spot an otter on Loch Linnhe. Available April and May, and then September and October apart from wildlife holiday weeks. Price £25 per person.

All bookings should include a 20% deposit, which is non-refundable. Payment in full should be made at least four weeks in advance of your holiday. We regret that no refunds will be available for any cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the holiday. Any cheques should be made out to Glenloy Wildlife. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Costs
 
7 day holidays are priced at £695 per person (£400 for children aged 8 -15 inclusive sharing a bedroom with parents).

4 day holidays are priced at £400 (£230 for children aged 8-15 inclusive sharing a bedroom with parents).

Daily rates are also available, allowing you the flexibility of shorter breaks or even a combination of organised activities and 'doing your own thing'. Please see www.glenloylodge.co.uk for further details of bed and breakfast or DBB rates.

The price includes all accommodation, meals, transport and activities. Guests on a scheduled holiday can be picked up free of charge from Fort William on request.

Costs not included are transport to and from Fort William, personal insurance, and extras such as drinks.

Do it Yourself - we will be pleased to arrange itineraries and provide maps and directions for you to organise your own activities. Places are subject to availability on course weeks. Costs from £60 per person per day for full board.
